Financial Planning Association: FPA members are dedicated to supporting the financial planning process in order to help people achieve their goals and dreams. The FPA believes that everyone needs objective advice to make smart financial decisions and that when seeking the advice of a financial planner, the planner should be a Certified Financial Planner™ licensee. www.cofpa.org
The Alliance of Professional Women: The Alliance of Professional Women is an organization composed of professional women in the Denver metropolitan area. For over twenty years, Alliance events have focused on providing a relaxed, fun, friendly atmosphere where long-term relationships and professional referrals are fostered. The APW provides opportunities to be involved in the community through local outreach programs, a political committee, and the Alliance Foundation. The Alliance Foundation raises money to provide scholarships to local women and fund micro loans to women in third world countries. The Women’s Estate Planning Council: The mission of the Women’s Estate Planning Council is to promote interaction between women estate planning professionals educationally, professionally, and socially. Founded in 1995, the WEPC brings together CPAs, Estate Planning Attorneys, and Financial Planners for monthly meetings.
